All information regarding updates, earning, and redemption of shopping points can be managed by clicking the "Reward" button located at the bottom right corner of the homepage.

You can earn shopping points via different ways such as signing up on our website, following us on Instagram, birthday month, and placing orders on website etc. We will also conduct special events occasionally to help accumulate more shopping points.

Shopping points earned via online purchase will be credited into your account once order has been fulfilled.

The accumulated points will expire in one year time.

Once you receive your order, you can keep the black gift boxes used for packaging. Once you have accumulated 8 boxes, return them to us to receive 600 shopping credits.

Conditions: The gift boxes must be in a reusable condition without major defects. We recommend using bubble wrap for packaging when sending them back to prevent damage during transit.

Currently, the available rewards for redemption include cash vouchers (visible under "Rewards" in the bottom right corner of the homepage). We also periodically introduce limited-time gifts for redemption.

Usage terms for cash vouchers:
- Minimum spend of RM50 is required to use.
- Only one voucher can be used per transaction, and it cannot be combined with other vouchers, coupons, or discount offers.
- The voucher must be used within 30 days upon successful redemption.

To redeem a cash voucher:
1. Click on "Rewards" in the bottom right corner.
2. Click on Redeem Points and redeem your desired voucher.
3. If you wish to use the voucher immediately, click "Apply now”.

You can view any successfully redeemed but unused vouchers under "Rewards > My rewards".

Once sign up, you can click on "Rewards" at the bottom right corner, click on “Referral Program, then click on “Refer A Friend Now”.. Send the invitation link to friends who are yet to register on our website.

When your friend (the referee) registers an account using the link you sent:
- They will receive a RM15 coupon (valid for 30 days, with a minimum purchase of RM100).

Once the referee successfully places an order:
- You (the referrer) will also receive a RM15 coupon.
- Note: This coupon cannot be combined with other promotions and is valid for 30 days.

If the referee cancels the order, the RM15 coupon received by the referrer will also be revoked.
