Natural gemstones often contain inclusions like foreign materials or tiny imperfections inside the stones or on the surface itself. Any request that involves picking a “perfect” gemstone will not be entertained.

Crystals shown in photos/videos may differ slightly from the actual item due to angles, lighting, and environmental factors.

Bead sizes may vary by +-0.5mm from the stated size. For example, a bracelet labeled 8mm+- will consist of beads ranging from 7.5mm to 8.5mm in actuality.

After placing an order, payment must be made within 24 hours. Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.

For items specified as "one item per picture" or those explicitly labeled as"non-reserved," payment must be made within 20 minutes after placing the order. Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.

Shipping Charge

West Malaysia：RM8 (FOC for purchase above RM150)

East Malaysia: RM15 (FOC for purchase above RM200)

Singapore: RM28 (FOC for purchase above RM350)

All ready stock items will be shipped out within 5 working days. All original handcrafted items will be shipped out within 10 working days (Kindly refer to the remark under “Buy It Now” Button for each product).

Working days exclude all weekends and public holidays. Kindly take note that we do not accept rush orders, and we do not provide COD / self-pickup service at the moment.

Unlike clothing or bags where factories can simply continue production when they run out of stock, natural gemstones are gifts from nature; each batch is unique and cannot be mass-produced on demand.

Once out of stock, there's no guarantee when or if they can be restocked. You can stay updated by following our Instagram; any restocks of out-of-stock items will be announced on Instagram Story.

Before Ordering

The default wrist size for the bracelet is approximately 16 cm.

You can request for a smaller size for free by specifying your net wrist size (in cm) in the "Order Special Instructions" section in your cart page. No adjustments will be made if no size is specified.

If wrist size exceeds 16cm, please contact us before placing order to inquire about the additional cost. Orders placed without prior consultation will be processed based on a wrist size of 16cm.

Upon Receiving

If you need to resize or restring, you can ship the item to us. Fees apply: RM5 (service charge) + shipping costs both ways.

For items not purchased from us, additional charges apply: RM10 + shipping costs both ways.

Alternatively, you can refer to our tutorial videos for self-restringing.

Repair of CHIANN Handcrafted Jewellery

Currently, this service is only applicable for items purchased from our store.

Repair fees typically include labor, materials, and shipping costs both ways.

As labor and material costs vary for each circumstances, please send us photos of your jewellery so we can give you a quotation.

Each order comes with a 30g crystal degaussing stones, regardless of how many items purchased. You may purchase the stones separately if needed.

To minimize packaging waste, all items under the same order will be packed together in the same packaging box. If you require separate packaging, please put a remark when placing your order.

We are unable to provide exchange, return and refund service at the moment.
