- 素圈 /现货商品：付款后1-5工作日
- 原创款 / 客制款：付款后7-10工作日
发货后，西马/ 新加坡 1-5工作日收到，东马 3-10工作日收到
工作日不包含任何周末、公假。一人作业无法顾及所有，因此恕不接急单、不提供自取服务。

Delivery
- Ready Stock Item：Ship out in 1-5 working days once payment confirmed.
- CHIANN Handcrafted Jewellery / Customized Item: Ship out in 7-10 working days once payment confirmed.
Once ship out, West Malaysia & Singapore addresses will receive parcels within 1-5 working days, and East Malaysia addresses will receive parcels within 3-10 working days.
